It's no secret that the city of Miami is excited about the possibility of LeBron James joining the Miami Heat and becoming a resident of this fine city.  We, at Miami Condo Investments, are confident that King James will make the wise decision to join Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat to create an NBA dynasty that shall dethrone all others.  Then, and only then, will LeBron's legacy be compared to the likes of Michael Jordan and in years to come be simply referred to as "The King".

We're so confident that LeBron will make the move to the tropical climes of South Florida that we went ahead and have identified LeBron's Future Miami Penthouse.  The 4,198 square foot, bi-level castle-in-the-sky is located in Downtown Miami, across the street from the American Airlines Arena, on the 57th and 58th floors of an all-glass, luxury high-rise called Marina Blue.  The majestic residence has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, an entertainment room, 3 balconies, 36 x 36 glass tiled floors on the lower level, hard wood floors on the upper level and 20-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows which allows for one of the most panoramic, breathtaking views in Miami.  Additionally, 4 parking spaces are included with the sale of the penthouse.  Asking price is $3.3M.

Marina Blue is just a stone's throw away from the American Airlines Arena.  King James can overlook the stadium while relaxing on his balcony and envision how he'll dominate the visiting team the next night.  On rare occasions, LeBron can choose to walk to games with throngs of fans to cheer him on along the way.  It would be something out of a Rocky movie.  Years from now, Miami Heat fans would look back upon the upcoming decade as being one of the most exciting times to live in Downtown Miami.

Marina Blue was completed in 2008.  It became the first of the recently completed condominium high-rise buildings in Miami to completely sell out.  The last of the developer inventory was sold in June 2009.  At this time, it is still the only luxury condominium building in Miami without any inventory in the hands of its developer.  The building was handed over to the association in January 2010 and is one of the most stable and financially sound condo buildings in Miami.  At present time, three Miami Heat players live at Marina Blue as well as an award winning Grammy nominated artist.

Did LeBron James Make an Offer on a Waterfront Home in Coral Gables?

July 8, 2010

Sources are reporting that LeBron James made an offer on a Coral Gables estate Wednesday afternoon.  The 8 bedroom, 20,862 square foot home sits on a 3.6 acre lot and is located at 11 Casuarina Concourse.  LeBron James will make his decision at 9pm Thursday afternoon.  I’m sure by Friday we’ll hear whether these rumors have any merit.

LeBron James Goes House Shopping in Coral Gables

July 7, 2010

Reliable source at BleacherReport.com revealed earlier this afternoon that LeBron James is house shopping in Coral Gables.  According to the source, LeBron made an offer on a luxury waterfront home in Coral Gables.  Is this a prelude to a kiss?  Will LeBron James decide to sign with the Miami Heat and make the announcement tomorrow at 9pm on ESPN?

Jay Mariotti’s Argument for Why LeBron James Should Join the Miami Heat

July 4, 2010

Earlier this week, Jay Mariotti, sportswriter extraordinaire known for his sharp-witted writing, published a  piece entitled “LeBron Should Just Eat His Ego, Join Miami Superteam“.  Below is an excerpt of his argument for why LeBron James should join the Miami Heat and create the most legendary basketball team the world has ever known:

In modern times or yesteryear, nothing matches the knuckle-hair-searing concept of LeBron James, in a package deal capable of igniting a tropical storm, joining Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh with the Miami Heat. This would be an unprecedented union of basketball talent in one swoop — a supersized project coached and/or overseen by Hall of Famer Pat Riley, don’t forget — and I’ve come today to say it is no silly pipedream or blogger’s whim. Forget all the various reports attached to sources who may or may not exist. The most credible form of attribution comes from Wade himself, who all but confirmed to the Miami Herald his desire to create the trifecta.
